Description
The gate driver “Beatrice” is a flexible test system for power laboratories to analyze and characterize power modules, power semiconductors under configurable switching conditions, like gate voltages, gate resistors, and with different output stages.
The gate driver features an optically isolated logic interface to transmit the gate signal and configure the gate voltages via a serial interface.
